experienced in all aspects of computer applications and are on hand to help unravel the

relationships with customers and suppliers enable us to ensure product availability and
support far into the future.

Service Levels
Generally Blue Chip Technology board products carry a three year warranty and the 1 year
warranty on all other Blue Chip Products. Our aim is to offer the highest level of service to
our customers to meet their business and customer objectives.
Data Acquisition cards have 5 years RTB warranty when bought from us - for cards bought via Farnell or RS Components, their own warranty will apply. Warranty applies to the purchaser, if bought via a 3rd party, then people need to check with them what the warranty terms are
Return To Base
Our standard repair service operates on a 'Return To Base' scheme. On site service is
negotiable at the time of purchase.
To follow our Returns procedure either :
- Follow link for an RMA (Returns Material Authorisation) where a call can be logged.
- Provide product Type/ Serial Number/full details of fault and failing configuration
- An RMA will be generated
or
Please note, product will not be accepted without prior RMA approval. Product bought through a third party must be returned through the original supplier.
10 Day Repair Turnaround
Our standard repair (warranty or otherwise) turnaround is set at 10 working days. We
aim to meet or exceed this except where circumstances are not within our reasonable control.
Emergency Repair
Please advise us if you have an urgent repair requirement.
No Fix - No Fee
If we are unable to repair your unit we will return it at your discretion with no charge payable.
No Fault Found
A standard nominal charge may be made to cover our costs for NFF (No fault found). If the
unit is subsequently found to be faulty then the NFF charge is credited to the customer account.
