| Production and Support |
Test
When a custom design passes prototype phase it has already been rigorously tested for thermal, stress interfacing, form fit and performance. Before the first production build, a Test Rig is put in place to:
 Exercise the units at the end of the factory production line
Catch failures from the production process
Require minimal operator input
Run individually (for debug) or as a suite (factory test)
Provide maximum debug information on failing units
By capturing build data, test procedure can be continually refined for maximum efficiency.
Manufacture
Once the design has been committed to larger volume production, Blue Chip can manufacture from it's own ISO9002:2000 accredited UK facilities. We control the whole process so can work flexibly to customer logistics scheduling. End product can incorporate company logo's and corporate colour schemes and even be shipped directly to end customers.
Ongoing Support
Blue Chip Technology understands the importance of product continuity and ongoing support. Our customer base invests much time and effort in choosing the right embedded platform for their application - they need certainty and lasting commitment from their supply chain. Throughout the lifetime of your product you may need ongoing assistance with updates to the hardware or software, new features, additional training, or troubleshooting - Blue Chip supports a development for as long as you need us to.
