RMA PROCESS


Blue Chip Technology has been working on a number of internal initiatives to improve overall Customer Care. One key area we have been focusing on is improving our Returns Procedure.

The new process we are introducing in August incorporates a number of improvements which will support a faster turnaround and provide regular feedback on your RMA status.

Online visibility of RMA tracking & history
- track the status of your RMA over the internet.

RMAs can be easily raised online 
- a simple and secure user interface to raise your RMA and enter product information.

Reduced RMA turnaround via improved internal processes
- less paperwork so we can quickly get down to the business of getting a working product back to you.

RMA fault analysis
- we can use the system to look for trends and put in place preventative actions to further improve the quality of Blue Chip Technology product. 

Real time e-mail RMA progress up-dates
- we will pro-actively send out e-mails throughout the process so you know what’s going on without having to login. 

Meaningful fault reports
- we will be able to provide more information on any issues you've experienced and the actions taken to rectify.
 
This new process will be going live on 12th August when you will be linked through to the new RMA interface from the Technical Support webpage.  Here you will be guided through an easy 5 step process to set up your online customer account.
