The Zeta A1 is the latest addition to Blue Chip Technology’s series of low power, embedded PCs. Equipped with the Intel 1.6GHz N270 processor, the Zeta A1 combines robust performance with a very low power consumption and low noise profile. Fanless operation further improves the reliability of the Zeta platform. The Intel 945GSE chipset offers advanced graphics and 3D performance, making the A1 a very cost effective solution for thin client terminal, digital security, home automation, home surveillance and industrial control applications.
There is a full set of IO features, including one Gigabit Ethernet, three USB 2.0 ports, two COM ports, one DVI, one VGA and one composite output. Multiple video interfaces support dual display and stereo audio further enhances a perfect engine for multimedia applications. System storage can be provided by solid state SATA drive, disk-on-module or standard SATA HDD and the unit can accommodate up to 2GB DDR2 RAM.
Special features such as hardware system watchdog, industrial temperature ranges and high MTBF disk drives build reliability into each unit. Zeta A1 has a lightweight compact design and number of flexible VESA and wall mount options supporting a neat install when spce is at a premium. Blue Chip manage production for platform stability and longevity, making the Zeta A1 an essential, low maintenance building block for industrial control. The unit is EMC tested, fully CE approved and covered by a standard one year warranty.
