A compact, highly integrated, network-ready device with full I/O connectivity, the Alpha LX Touch Screen Panel PC is a flexible and reliable industrial HMI platform, ideally suited for space-limited environments in the transportation, factory automation, process control, home automation, kiosk and POS markets.

The Alpha 8LXLP is a 8.4" fanless touch screen panel PC. The AMD LX800 500MHz core offers an economical combination of processing power and low heat generation in a fanless design, reducing fan related system failure and extending the overall operational lifetime. The onboard mini PCI and PC104 expansion slots provide a dependable and convenient way to add-on functions. In addition to the standard dual LAN, there is an optional mini PCI WLAN card and antenna. The PC104 expansion slot houses a range of common cards which can be recommended by the Blue Chip Technology Sales team.

Shock and vibration resistance, thermal stability and EMC come as standard, a special design supports anti –vibration up to 1.3G (5~500Hz) in operation mode. The ruggedized aluminium front panel is IP 65/NEMA 4 compliant, guaranteeing protection where dust and drizzle is encountered. Supported OS include Windows XP/CE and WinXPe.
