Returns Procedure - new and improved!

 Blue Chip Technology has been working on a number of internal initiatives to improve overall Customer Satisfaction. One key area we have been focusing on is improving our Returns Procedure. The new process we are introducing in August incorporates a number of improvements which will support a faster turnaround and provide regular feedback on your RMA status. 

"We have worked hard on this new system to give the customer easy access to up to date information on the status of the returned product. We overhauled the current process and put in place an intuitive online user interface which schedules automatic e-mail updates to pro-actively keep the customer informed on progress," commented Dan Sherwen, Blue Chip Technology Quality and Organisational Improvement Manager. "Obviously we still appreciate the need for the human touch which is why we are only a phone call away for any further assistance."
