New Technical Guide Available - High-Speed Design for Altium Designer

« back to news

A useful new Technical Guide is now available on the Blue Chip website  -  High-Speed Design Tutorial for Altium Designer . This is a useful reference point for any engineer designing PCBs with proper signal integrity and timing using Altium. This could assist customers looking to design their own Computer on Module (COM) host boards.

The technical author – Istvan Nagy, is the latest addition to Blue Chip’s team of Electronic Engineers.  His particular expertise lies in complex and high-speed digital circuit design, PCB layout and FPGA logic design – mainly working with Altium Designer and Cadence software.

Istvan quickly graduated from the simple lego box, designing his first PCB aged 13yrs old.  Attaining a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Budapest, was a natural progression.  Having lived and worked in Hungary and Belgium, Istvan came to the UK three years ago and currently enjoys living in the historic, walled city of Chester.
