We welcome Dan Sherwen to Blue Chip as Quality and Organisational Improvement Manager. Dan has an impressive track record backed up by a Degree in Materials Science and Engineering gained at The University of Liverpool in 1997, and more latterly became a member of The Fellowship in Manufacturing Management from Cranfield University.
Dan has worked for some of the UK's largest companies including Corus (British Steel) and Airbus. His roles within these organisations have centred around quality, continuous improvement, production and lean manufacturing and led to him becoming a Chartered Engineer - Member of The Institute of Materials (CEng MIM).
Some of Dan's personal achievements include driving a camper van 25,000km around Australia! He has spent much time travelling, mostly exploring SE Asia, Australia and New Zealand. His personal time is spent mountain biking and hill walking along with a passion for live music and of course his crazy border terrier Lucca.
