
By hook or by crook, we're always trying to elicit feedback from you guys to improve our customer service, even if it's negative. Actually - especially if its negative, so we can put things right!. As such we send out a Delivery Survey to customers just to double check that you're happy with the goods, happy with the service and generally happy with Blue Chip.
We already donate £1 to Cancer Research for every completed survey - to show our appreciation. Starting from July we've also included the opportunity for respondees to recommend us to a colleague.
