Blue Chip Technology have announced the general release of their 'CM1 Board', a small-footprint plug-in module that enables their acclaimed RE2 single board computer to provide communications and tracking services.
The Blue Chip CM1 module can provide an embedded system with GSM/GPRS, Ethernet, GPS and a 3-axis accelerometer. The CM1 module is a plug-in board that further enhances the RE2’s onboard ARM Cortex A8 Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth and 10/100Mbit Ethernet capabilities.
